In the case of an emergency out with normal office hours you may wish to contact one of our approved emergency contractors. Please note that calling an emergency contractor out of hours will incur increased call out rates, and we therefore recommend that you only call if absolutely necessary. If the call out is not deemed an emergency, you may be liable for the cost of the call out.
Contractors attending will normally only carry out temporary works to prevent any further damage. If follow up repairs are required these will be carried out during normal working hours. If you are unable to contact any of the listed contractors, we recommend that you make alternative arrangements by using your own contractor, who should be suitably qualified and insured.
