Like all businesses, we’re going to have to change the way we work for a while to protect the health and wellbeing of everyone. Following advice from governments and the NHS, we’re taking the following steps as from 23 March:-
Many of our staff are now working remotely from home to reduce the spread of the virus. We’ll endeavour to respond as quickly as we can but like every other business, we may experience staff illness which may impact on our speed of response.
All business face-to-face meetings are suspended until further notice.
Our offices are open but with limited staff to only carryout essential business functions. We would urge clients wherever possible to contact us by email, either directly to a staff member or send your enquiry to admin@trinityfactors.co.uk rather than phone our offices.
Please do not come to our offices without prior agreement as access will be denied.
As the situation is very fluid at the moment, we may experience delays with issuing correspondence by post so we would urge clients who have yet to sign up for email correspondence to contact us at admin@trinityfactors.co.uk giving your name, property address and email contact address.
We can assure you we have a robust business continuity plan in place allowing us to continue to keep operating during this extra ordinary time. Over the comes days and weeks, we’ll continue to review and amend our contingency plans to take account of the latest information being issued by the government to business. Our website will be update with any changes.
Please stay safe everyone.
