The Scottish Government is proposing to introduce a new tenancy for the private rented sector. The new legislation will bring about changes to the private rented sector not seen since the introduction of Short Assured and Assured Tenancies in the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988.
We would urge all landlords to read the consultation paper and submit your comments accordingly – the closing date is 28 December 2014.
